Ride Makerz!!!!

So, while we were walking around Downtown Disney, we stumbled upon a place called, Ride Makerz!! Well, many of you have heard of "Build a Bear" workshop. This is similar, except you build your own car. Doodle Bug and Dadda were in heaven!!!! At the front of the shop, they have several real cars on display... which of course was just the START of the excitement!
Next, the boys picked out the body of the car. There were so many to choose from, but finally they agreed upon a lime green colored Challenger. Then they had to pick out just the right wheels and tires. For us ladies, it would be similar to picking out just the right shoes and jewelry for our outfit. (However, I think we can find shoes and jewelry faster than it took the boys to find the right rims!!!)

A quick check from the "official" to make sure we had chosen all of the right parts...

...and then they were off to build!!! Here is the first car that Father and Son built. I'm sure it won't be the last!

I wasn't sure who had more fun :)

Can you see the excitement in his eyes???

Putting on the finishing touches...

The two boys had so much fun together! I love watching them do things together. Hubby is such a great Dad. Doodle Bug is so blessed to have such a caring father who loves to spend time with him. I love you, babe!

Thanksgiving Weekend!

We started the weekend off with lauching a few rockets. Usually Doodle Bug wants nothing to do with pushing the button. He typically stands a safe distance away from the rocket. Not today! This time he was all about launching them.

The day after Thanksgiving, we all went to Downtown Disney to "walk off" some of that turkey and pumpkin pie! Doodles stumbled upon a Christmas Tree decorated with all sorts of TRUCKS!! He was in awe!

Hubby wanted to stop by the Harley store to check out some shirts. Doodle Bug hopped on the motorcycle and didn't want to get off!!
Here's my sister and her boyfriend... Awww, how cute!

Disney fun...

Doodle Bug needed a haircut, so off to Disney we went! The stylists at the Main Street Barber are the BEST!!! We've tried other places, and Doodle Bug throws a fit and his hair never turns out. So, our annual pass to Disney has been so helpful. We might have to renew them next year just so DB can get his haircut!
The park was already decorated for the holidays and had Christmas music blaring from the speakers... I loved it!
Apparently, Doodle Bug loved it too! He couldn't just walk down the street, he had to Dance his way through the crowds!!!!

We can't go to Disney without letting Doodles drive the go carts. So here he is...for the fifth time!

We couldn't resist getting a family picture...
Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

More to come...

Oops, I forgot about 2 activities from October...

I can't believe I left out the Pumpkin Patch and the "Falling Leaves Festival". Doodle Bug ran around the patch and picked out many pumpkins. Here are just a few pictures from our fun-filled day!

Then, that evening we went to the town of Celebration where they have a fall festival. Doodle Bug ate his first caramel covered apple! As you can see by the wide eyes and big bites, he LOVED it!

We did manage to get one family picture in front of the lake!

Of all the fun things to do at the festival, DB's favorite was to run circles around an old Oak Tree. He could have done that same thing at our house... go figure!!

Finally, the fake, paper leaves fell and Doodles and Dad caught a few. Someday, we'll head up North to check out the real fall leaves!!
